What is Plug4Car?
Plug4car is a complete solution for recharging electric vehicles, developed and marketed by Dimática Software (a company belonging to Grupo Sermicro). This solution consists of Hardware (physical loading points), Software (web platform and mobile application) and all the necessary complementary services (Installation, Service Desk, Remote Monitoring and Management, Maintenance).

WEB PLATFORM AND APP
Web platform
The web platform specifically developed by Dimática Software, allows the capture and management of the information coming from the loading points, monitoring, registering and supervising the actions on the intelligent loaders. The platform can progress, according to market needs, is fully customizable and allows access from any Internet browser. Among other outstanding features, the web application performs securely and updated:
- Management and control of users by zones or communities.
- Intelligent charger reserve for charging.
- Tariffs management by different criteria (schedule, days of application, price Kw consumed, etc).
- Recharging points location by georeferencing.
- Reports generation and historical consumption per user, charger.
- Invoices generation.
Mobile application
The mobile App facilitates management and control, allowing the user to interact with the loading point in an easy and comfortable way. It is developed and available in the various app stores, such as Apple’s App Store and Google’s Play Store. Some of its main features are:
- Enables to reserve a charging point for a recharge.
- Enables to consult all the user’s recharges (requested, completed or failed).
- Enables to visualize all the information associated to the load.
- Enables to consult statistics.
LOADING TYPES AND MODES
There are five types of recharging according to the speed at which it takes to recharge, i.e. how long it takes to recharge the batteries. This time depends directly on the available power.

The charging modes of electric vehicles define certain characteristics on the power and control of the recharging facilities.
Mode1
Direct connection of the vehicle to the network.
- > Non-exclusive power outlet.
- > Single cable.
- > Risk of overheating
Mode2
Direct connection of the vehicle to the network.
- > Exclusive power socket.
- > Cable with communication device and recharging supervision.
- > Limited loading speed.
Mode3
Direct connection of the vehicle to the network.
- > Exclusive power socket with load monitoring.
- > Cable with communication device and recharging supervision.
Mode4
Indirect connection of the vehicle to the mains via the DC converter.
- > External direct current socket with load monitoring.
- > Cable with communication device and recharging supervision.
- Intelligent charger for indoor environments: from 2.3 kW to 43 kW power.
- Intelligent single-phase outdoor charger: from 3.7 kW to 7.4 kW.
- Intelligent charger for three-phase outdoor environments: 11 kW or 22 kW.

- Signature of the electric bulletin or CIE, when the operation requires it.
Service Desk
- Support service with first level assistance for any incident resolution that the user may have.
- Fast and efficient service for resolving incidents that do not involve attendance or remote second level action.
Remote monitoring and management:
- Specialized technical assistance, which through connection to a WAN, can perform tasks such as system restart or pre-diagnosis.
Maintenance
- Prompt response that returns operation to the load point in the event of a breakdown.
- It guarantees mobility and avoids problems that make not possible the vehicle use, and that can cause any other expenses in the trip.
- Extensive network of technical assistance points that, depending on the type of fault, provide a solution in NBD (Next Business Day).
